Is This You?

Who Is This For?

Who This Is For:

  • You own one or more businesses doing $1M or more a year, set up as an LLC, S corp or partnership.
  • Each company has its own books, bank accounts and return, and nobody looks at all of them together.
  • Your bookkeeper, your payroll provider and your CPA each see one piece of the picture.
  • Your returns get filed on time every spring, but nobody plans the year with you before it closes.
  • You still pay yourself the way somebody set up years ago, and nobody has checked it since.
  • You'd rather hand your books, payroll and returns to one team than manage them yourself.

This Is Not For:

  • Employees who don't own a business.
  • Owners whose businesses do under $1M a year combined.
  • Anyone who only wants a return filed once a year.
  • Anyone who doesn't need ongoing accounting or tax planning.

100% Done-For-You

Here's Everything We Do For You

Here's how Sweta's team takes your back office off your plate, from the first look at your returns to every filing.

We Start With Your Real Numbers

Before we plan anything, our CPAs review your last two years of business and personal returns and your QuickBooks, so every recommendation starts from your actual figures.

We Keep Every Company's Books

Our team handles the monthly accounting for each business you own, so we know where every company stands in October instead of finding out in March.

We Project Your Taxes Early

We run a tax projection before the year ends, so you know your number while there's still time to change it, instead of learning it once it's locked in.

We Fix Entities And Owner Pay

We look at how each of your entities is set up and change what no longer fits, then set your owner salary and run your payroll ourselves.

We Build Your Retirement Strategy

We build your retirement plan tax strategy and sit down with your financial advisor or attorney whenever a decision touches their side of things.

We File Returns And Answer Notices

We prepare your company returns and your personal one, and if a letter ever arrives from the IRS or the state, you send it to us and we answer it.

Their team provides the care and attention to detail that you would expect from only the top tier employee but, unlike even the best employee, they require no management. They own the financial planning and tax preparation process while keeping you informed and ready for any scenario that may develop.

After our first meeting with Sweta and Diego, they provided a clear, customized proposal to meet our tax planning and business advisory needs, complete with an estimated return on investment and net tax savings. Although we were nervous about committing to a monthly fee during uncertain times, we've never regretted it.

Still On The Fence?

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to replace my bookkeeper, payroll service and CPA?+
Our work runs best when one team handles your books, owner payroll, planning and returns, because the decisions that lower your taxes sit in the gaps between those jobs. On the call, walk Sweta through who does what for your companies today, and she'll tell you plainly which pieces we'd need to take over.
Is a monthly fee really worth it?+
You don't have to take that on faith. Before you sign anything, we look through your returns and books and walk you through a customized proposal that shows the work, the cost, and our estimate of the return on that fee along with your net tax savings. If the numbers don't clearly work in your favor, Sweta will tell you.
How much does it cost?+
We work on flat monthly packages, published on our website from $500 to $1,550 a month, with add-ons such as personal returns. Which one fits depends on the services and how often you want to meet with your CPA, and your exact fee is in your proposal before you sign.
My books are a mess across several companies. Should I clean them up first?+
Please don't. That's exactly the situation we're built for. We start by getting each company's books current, because we can't plan a year we can't see, and then we look at your entities side by side.
Is it too late to lower my 2026 taxes?+
In most cases, no, but the calendar matters. Nearly every move that trims what you owe for 2026 has to be in place by December 31st, so every week sooner leaves more options open. The savings show up when your 2026 returns are filed.
How often will I meet with my CPA?+
Anywhere from twice a year to every month, depending on what you need. When a decision touches your financial advisor or attorney, we'll sit down with them too.
Do I have to come into your office?+
No. Our office is in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, but we're fully paperless and virtual. You upload documents to a secure portal or scan them with your phone, and we meet by video.
What happens on the strategy call?+
Sweta asks about the companies you own: what each one brings in and keeps, how each is set up and how you pay yourself. Then she shares where you're probably overpaying and which changes would still count for 2026. If it isn't a fit, you'll hear that from her directly, and you'll still leave with a sharper picture of your numbers.
One Last Step

Ready To See What Your Companies Could Save This Year?

On the strategy call, Sweta goes through each company you own, what it earns and how you're paid from it. You'll see where you're likely overpaying and which changes can still count before December 31st.
